Ascension – the name sums it up. If you want to become a better version of yourself and ascend spiritually, this is the best platform for you. Sonali was a god sent for me. My journey started during the first few weeks of the lockdown when Sonali launched her first ‘spiritual laws’ session. Her way of explaining the laws, the structure she followed and the discussions that went on were so amazing. I even ended up taking notes and filling an entire book!! I went on to do her 21 days affirmations, monthly full moon meditations, weekly meditations, angels workshops, 21 days gratitude, and now looking forward to the ancestral healing workshop. It’s been a great learning. I feel I have become more aware of my reactions and more calm in situations. She really taught me to believe in the universe and think from my higher self. If I’ve become a calmer person it’s only thanks to Sonali. She is always there to talk and give advice. She is truly gifted and a wonderful person. So glad I found her this lifetime.

Five scores and seven years ago, (more like six months ago) when we were deeper into the dystopia the pandemic threw at us, I was at a space of massive personal and professional crises in my life, given the massive uncertainty the time brought with it, this is when the Universe graciously rewarded me with my spiritual coach, my mentor, Sonali ji, who is not only one of the kindest, empathetic and ebullient healers you’d come across, but also, one of the most powerful messengers of God in this creation.
At first what seemed like a mere coincidence was in fact, a well crafted plan to enable me through a host of the numerous programs Ascension has done, from meeting my Spirit Guides and Ancestors, to releasing karmic blocks and moving steadfastly to go beyond the realms of materialism into stronger beliefs of Inner Peace and Tranquility, Sonali Ji has astutely shaped me into a far better version of myself. What distinguishes her apart from others is the inane goodness in her heart, and the ability to have belief in everyone to bloom and not be dictated by their past or their present, she sees people as who they aspire to be and gives them the tools to get there, which makes her a rare mix of power and love
Fredrich Nketzsche talks about an Ubermench, or a ‘higher self’ that exists for every human being, and my programs with Ascension have made me reach closer to meeting my Ubermench beyond discernable belief, because the biggest gift Sonali ji has given me, is (also her favorite line), the belief that ‘the power is within us’, therefore, as humans, we must continue to strive to bring subjectivity into this Objective World and know that it is possible to not be a sum total of our experiences, emotions or limiting beliefs, but truly be, who we want to be, in alignment with the divine plan

Ascension has set me out on a journey that has left me in awe of myself…it has helped me discover my strengths, wisdom, knowledge as well as accept my weaknesses, coping mechanisms and shortcomings. It has been a journey of going only inward and while doing so changing my whole outward world! The sessions and guidance of Sonali have led me to believe more in miracles, pour myself in self love and treat everything around me with compassion and kindness. She has been a great guide and mentor for me in this journey and has the power to transform lives…I have a long way to go in my spiritual sojourn but having Sonali by my side will definitely make it simpler and more enjoyable!

Sonali has always been a dear friend .. to see her do what she does is truly an inspiration. It just so happened that in the month of October I fell ill .. paranoid as I am .. given the circumstances when the pandemic at its peak .. I was very restless.. and thought I’d caught the virus . Something inside of me made me want to connect with her .. confide in her and ask her to help me .. her pep talk and thereafter the meditations really helped to calm me down .. I then went on to do the gratitude journal .. it made me realise how blessed I am and to be grateful . And I’ve reached a stage where I feel there’s a strong telepathy with her . It’s just the beginning .. of the journey .. and a long way to go . As the name suggests , ascension means elevation to a higher level .. I am ready to become a better version of myself ..and with your support I’m sure I’ll get there Thank you dear Sonali for motivating me and guiding me.

COVID-19 brought with it fear,depression, anxiety, panic, worry, loneliness and uncertainty. All these negative emotions were playing havoc with my Parkinson’s too.I was miserable mentally and emotionally. I started getting panic attacks and my anxiety levels were going off the roof. Sonali’s invite for Spiritual laws sessions changed everything. She was God send and a miracle that happened to me. I’m a different person now ,on the spiritual path trying to evolve. All thanks to Sonali. I’m forever in gratitude. She is so eloquent, passionate, thought provoking, honest, relentless, sensitive and knowledgeable. I have learnt so much from her and my whole perspective towards life has changed and I’m ascending. I owe a lot to her. May she ascend to the top and be a spiritual guide and a master,awakening the divine in all.May she spread love n light to us mortal beings so that our journey towards the ultimate divine becomes easier.

The seemingly magical part of “Ascension” is that you can see the real “you” not the you that is showcased to the world but the “you” that is unchanging. It can be disconcerting when you are used to having people interact with your mask. It has helped me to blossom into my authentic self, to trust my own wisdom and to not be afraid to let it show in my daily life. Sonali is a real person. There is no grandeur in her spiritual teachings. Her guided meditations help even the newbies into deep meditation for over an hour. The interactive book reading sessions are a true gift. Different practices for contemplation, healing, self-awareness and self-love is definitely helpful in one’s awakening. Ascension will soon be a gift for humanity.

Theta, Access Consciousness were already in our life when Sonali included us in her energy circle of Ascension. They say ‘When the student is ready, the teacher appears’. Little did we know that my young elfin sister Sonali would soar so high into the sky and root herself so deep beneath, that she could spread light all around her. Sonali’s positive snippets are often what one wants to read, whether on whatsapp or on Instagram. She touches a chord, which remain hidden. She inspires one to trust the Universe and its limitless fountain of energy and to drink from it. My journey into meditation began with Sonali and continues with Ascension. Its an exciting journey I can see and I am looking forward to it.
